Before you choose a pack.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Every routine is designed for a chair, a small patch of floor or a quiet corner. A pair of headphones helps.

How long is a routine?

Most run between ninety seconds and five minutes. Each card shows the length before you start.

Can I share a pack with a colleague?

The Starter and Library packs are for one person. The Team Plan covers small groups of up to ten.

How do I receive a pack after ordering?

Once you contact us, our Surry Hills team will reply with a private link to your routines and a short welcome note.
