The site is operated by Renewshine, a small wellbeing studio based at 84 Mary St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia. References to “we”, “our” or “us” are references to Renewshine.

Our routines are designed as gentle wellbeing prompts for adults. They are general in nature and are not a substitute for personalised advice from a qualified professional. If you have any concerns about your suitability for a movement or breathing exercise, please consult an appropriate professional before you begin.
